I do really like Edward a lot--especially after reading Midnight Sun. I do I like Edward and I am very happy with the way things ended in Breaking Dawn! But when I look at these pictures it makes me happy that I was/am team JACOB!! Yay for Nessy!!!! :P

~Kite Show~

Well the kite show was so much fun!  The kids totally loved it.  I was very impressed with the show that SF put on.  They had tons of different stuff for the kids, good food(we didn't eat any but it looked good lol), and lots of fun kites to watch.  We all loved the wave runners in the res pulling the kites!  It was fun to do an activity with just us as our little family.  Everything we do is usually with friends, neighbors, my family, or Jareds.  So it was nice just to hang out!  I love that my kids are getting to the age where they like to be around each other and love to play.  When Boston wakes up he wants Lillie to wake up and vice versa.  It makes me happy that they love each other!!!

Trying to keep the kids from getting wet...I didn't succeed!
Us watching the kites in the res!  Look how big they look!
Lillie and Jared!  She loves her daddy!!

Smalltown = Hometown

Drill team reunion!  It was so much fun!  I loved seeing people that I have not seen in awhile.  So Thursday we all met at the high school and we got split up into 3 groups..the 80's, the 90's, and the 00's!  We all learned like a 45 sec dance and then we had dinner and then went out to the football field to mark it!  HA!   It was a long night and by the end of the night I was feeling old and sore!  Friday we were supposed to be to the high school at 6 sharp.  I had to meet Jared at my moms to give him the kids and so I decided to get ready there.  I was in my old bedroom with my drill shirt on and I totally felt like I was in high school again....until Boston walked in the room and said MOM i need juice!  That brought me back to reality!  So of course we had to take some fun pictures.  All 3 of Jareds sisters were on drill and so it was fun to do it with them minus Jenni because she lives in Texas but we all totally missed her!  And my sister-in-law Kellie was on drill too so it was quite the family affair!  When we got out on the field it was totally fun!  So a big thanks to Michelle!  It was such a fun night.

Me and Jared before the game!  The picture always taken of me by the mantle!  LOL!!
Kellie, Jamie, Me, and Erin!  All we are missing is Jenni!  :(
All of us and Michelle!

Jackie, Katie, Rashell, Kellie--I have taught both of their girls dance!  They did awesome!

Me and Allie after halftime!  GO DONS!!

After the game me and Jared drove up to my parents to get the kids and they were in such silly moods.  Especially Lillie.  She looks somewhat frightful because she pulled her hair out but cute none the less!!  As I was driving down center street to go back to Salem I all the sudden got so emotional.  I was just so thankful for small towns, my little family, my whole family, my friends and just being able to grow up and know everyone!  Sometimes I hated that about Spanish Fork but sometimes it is fun!  :)  So thanks to everyone who came and watched us perform...especially my dad!  I make him come to everything I do...softball games both womens and coed(even if the game is at 9:30 and is a double header), dance performances/competitions, and whatever else.  He always comes!  :)

~Park City & Cousins~

Okay really quick last week we babysat Jack and Kael.  Lillie and Jack are like three weeks apart and they were being silly with the camera and here is the only picture I got.  I think Jack thinks Lillie is crazy!   :)  Kellie's boys always look so cute and handsome and look at Lillie--total rug rat!

Next we went to Park City with Jareds family.  We do this every year with the Augers and it is always a ton of fun!  We usually stay until Sunday but Jareds dad, Kevin, got put in as Bishop last Sunday so we had to cut our trip short. Bummer but of course what we did do was fun!   We did the outlets, Swiss Days, boating, hot tubbing, and swimming laps(Jared was trying to be Michael Phelps) Anyway, enjoy the pics...We had fun shopping...notice the bags!

We had fun playing at the condo with our cousins.

Me and Jared did not have fun waking up at 5 a.m. to Boston peeing the bed!  :(  And then to Lillie waking up for good at 6:35.  O well!  Not the best picture but hey we were tired!

Boating was of course fun!  Boston and Lillie love the boat!  They had fun playing with McKay and Halle on the boat.  Jamies kids are very cute and such good examples for my kids!

Okay so all in all it was such a fun trip and it was fun to get away.  When we got home Jared carried the kids in and they crashed on the floor.  Poor kids but I guess that was a good sign of having fun, exhaustion, and waking up too early!  Thanks to Kevin and JoAnn for such a fun weekend.  We can't wait until next year!

New Tie and New Hair Dos

First I just have to show you this cute Tie that Elder Auger sent Boston from the mission!  Tyson is serving in Czech and Boston got a little package in the mail.  The letter he wrote him was so cute and so thoughtful.  When i read the letter I totally cried.  It was just so cute.  I thought it was so nice of him to take time out of his mission for his little nephew.  So we don't really have anything for the tie to match so don't worry I know it doesn't match and no he didn't wear it to church like that!

Okay and we got a new hair do for Lillie!  Oh man she is just so cute.  I was getting so sick of the mullet.  I mean look how long that puppy us!  Sick!  The only way I could entertain her why Lacey was cutting was to let her play with my gum.  Sick I know but it worked.  Anyway, so Lacey just cut it into a little bob and then i decided today I would try spiking it in the back.  I thought it turned out pretty cute!  Thanks Lacey!

Brit's Benefit

This is a picture of Brit one day after his accident at Primary Childrens Hospital. They have such an amazing staff. The surgeon who did his face was amazing.

A bunch of the kids last night watching the roping. Boston, Brit, Kael, and Evan!
Boston and Brit...buddies for life!

About a month ago my nephew got tramped by a horse. It was really scary. He is such a cute kid and he is only 2...it freaked me out to watch him go thorugh such a trial at a young age(boston's age). His injuries include: a fractured skull, 3 broken ribs, 2 hoof prints on his chest, a hole in his lung, a broken foot in 3 places, a bunch of stitches and staples in the back of his head and to the front of his face. It ripped his face from like his lip kinda up to his ear. When the accident happened they took him to Heber Hospital because that is where they were camping but they immediately life flighted him to Primary Childrens. Last night some people put on a Roping Rodeo Benefit to help pay for some of the hospital bills. Over 100 roping teams showed up which was so amazing. Also people bought a ton of raffle tickets and also just donated money.
It was such an amazing night. Brit is such a trooper and literally the life of every party. He has such a charismatic personality that everyone is drawn to. He is a good little cowboy. If someone would have told us that in one month he would be doing this awesome we would not have believed them. Boston loves Brit and is always excited to play with him.

Hello New York City

Well all I can say is we had such a fun trip!  New York is such a fun place to visit.  It is seriously the city that never sleeps.  The only thing about the whole trip that was hard was the red eye flight.  We got into JFK at 5:01 a.m.--early right?  We weren't tired that day but the next day it took a huge toll on us.  Also, that same morning we flew we went straight to Regis and Kelly!  Exciting...no!  They took stand by numbers 1-60 and low and behold me and Jared were 61 and 62!   :(  I seriously was trying to hold back the tears!  Oh well!

So we packed a lot into our days and nights!  We went to Wicked the first night and it was so so good.  We both loved it.  Then we did a bunch of other stuff David Letterman, Ground Zero, Time Square, Chinatown, The Today Show concert series with Natasha Beddingfield(who was so awesome live), and just some downtown shopping!!!  But I would have to say the highlight of the trip was the Yankees game!  We loved it!  It was such a good game!  We saw two home runs by the Yankees--A Rod and Cano!  And the Yankees won 7 to 1 against the Oakland A's.  The new Yankee stadium looks pretty sweet!

We owe the biggest thank you to Gary and Melanie!  Our friends that we met at BYU our first semester at Wyview.  Gary is doing an internship in the City for a law firm.  They lived right in the city and it was so fun to have that experience.  It was fun to go home to an apartment in the city and get buzzed in...we felt like true New Yorkians!  They were the best hosts!  They live in the city so they new a ton of great places to eat and visit.  They were so much fun.  It was so good to be with Mel too.  She is such a fun friend and it is just so easy with her.  She is such a good mom and I always learn my best parenting skills from her.  And Gary is so fun.  He always keeps us laughing.  :)

Okay so the last night we were there we went to watch Heart N Soul compete.  It was so awesome we took 12 or 13 dances and only one dance didn't place, and then we got two 2nd places, and the rest were 1st!  :)  They also give out 3 over $1,000 awards and HNS got 2 of them!  It was so fun to watch the girls hard work pay off.  They were so excited...but it was even better to watch Diane.  She was on cloud 9!  Congrats girls!!

So all in all it was such a fun trip.  Me and Jared totally felt like we mastered the subway system.  Whenever we got off and we were at our correct destination it felt so good lol! So I would have to say the best part of the whole trip was probably being with just Jared.  NO kids to distract us.  We had never left our kids so it was weird not having to worry about naps, and sippy cups, and Cinderella.  :)  It felt like old times!  We need to say thanks to everyone who helped with the kids.  You are all awesome.  Especially to Lacey!!  Your the best!  We can't wait to go again!  LOL
